Winterfest OC - OC Fair Grounds

This event is a juried event, you will not be charged your application fee until you are accepted, you will have 48 hours to pay the application fee request (Zelle, Credit Card or Paypal).  Booth sizes that are 10x10' spaces that will be provided by Winterfest. Merchandise can be left overnight as tents will zip up for security plus the event is in a secure gated area. This location is set for 12 booths each day.  The contract is for a set amount of days and you must be present for the entire week you signed up for. You will be required to get Insurance for this event. Note: Payment plan options available.

$1500 / Week 4 (4 days) - Dec 14, Dec 15, Dec 16, Dec 17

$1750 / Week 5 (4 days) - Dec 21, Dec 22, Dec 23, Dec 24

$1100 / Week 6 (3 days) - Dec 25, Dec 26, Dec 27

$1450 / Week 7 (4 days) - Dec 28, Dec 29, Dec 30, Dec 31

$800 / Week 8 (4 days) - Jan 1, Jan 2, Jan 3, Jan 4

$750 / Week 9 (3 days) -Jan 5, Jan 6, Jan 7

Your Application fee: Your application fee covers our time working with you on registration, advertising and location fees. There are NO REFUNDS, no trading event dates and no transfers of booth space. If you do not agree to this you can not do our events. There are NO COVID exceptions. There are no emergency exceptions. If we decide to cancel the event you will be given the option to be refunded or switch to a new date. This is a rain or shine event.
