Southering Californias Largest Winterfest located at the OC Fair Grounds. Modern Makers Mart is representing the handmade market inclusion for the first time at Winterfest!
Restrictions:
No CBD, No MLM companies and open food.

This event is a juried event, you will not be charged your application fee until you are accepted, you will have 48 hours to pay the application fee request (Zelle, Credit Card or Paypal). Booth sizes that are 10x10' spaces that will be provided by Winterfest. Merchandise can be left overnight as tents will zip up for security plus the event is in a secure gated area. This location is set for 12 booths each day. The contract is for a set amount of days and you must be present for the entire week or day you signed up for. You will be required to get Insurance for this event. Note: Payment plan options available.
Dates and Application fees: Vendors can sign up by week or by day. Sign ups for Week will have a 10% discount applied. We are also offering payment plans. Sharing booths are ok but both vendors need to be approved.

Your Application fee: Your application fee covers our time working with you on registration, advertising and location fees. There are NO REFUNDS, no trading event dates and no transfers of booth space. If you do not agree to this you can not do our events. There are NO COVID exceptions. There are no emergency exceptions. If we decide to cancel the event you will be given the option to be refunded or switch to a new date. This is a rain or shine event.
